Neeley Erickson is a government affairs and public policy leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing legislative strategy, guiding governance processes, and building cross-sector coalitions that expand housing stability, economic opportunity, and community well-being.

Her career spans state legislative operations, local elected leadership, and regional advocacy, providing a comprehensive understanding of how policy decisions are shaped, implemented, and experienced within communities. As Government Affairs Director for Illinois REALTORS®, she leads multi-jurisdictional advocacy initiatives and translates complex public policy challenges into meaningful community impact. She previously served as Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Government Affairs Advisory Group, where she supported and mentored government affairs professionals from across the country and helped strengthen the profession’s national network.
